实验室简介
实验室自2007年6月成立以来,主要面向国家和新疆区域发展战略需求,立足新疆新型工业化进程,以重大建成国内高水平的科学研究基地、人才培养基地、成果产出基地。目前实验室集中了一批高精尖科技型人才,组建了合理的科研人才队伍,现有国家杰青1名, 国家优青2名,国家青年973首席科学家1名,研究员7名,副研究员2名,博士后4名、硕/博研究生60余名。以非线性光学材料的应用基础研究为核心主要从事新型非线性光学材料的第一性原理设计与模拟、晶体生长、结构解析、性能测试及应用前景评估等研究。实验室先后完成和承担国家杰青基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目、973、国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、中科院重点部署项目、中科院重要方向性项目、新疆自治区十三五重大科技专项等科研项目;发表SCI论文420余篇;授权美国发明专利9项、中国发明专利75项;荣获新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步一等奖3项、新疆维吾尔自治区自然科学奖一等奖1项,本实验室已经成为光电功能材料领域的高水平研究基地和高层次人才培养基地。

潘世烈,男,河南省人,理学博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家杰青,国务院特殊津贴专家。新疆物理学会理事长,新疆侨联副主席,中国科学院青联副主席,自治区专家顾问团成员,中国青年科技工作者协会常务理事,新疆科协常委,新疆留学人员联谊会•新疆欧美同学会副秘书长,全国人工晶体标准化技术委员会委员,中国晶体学会理事,中国物理学会理事等。现任中科院新疆理化技术研究所副所长,中科院"特殊环境功能材料与器件"重点实验室主任。
主要从事无机光电功能晶体材料研究。已在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew.Chem. Int.
