Since the establishment in June 2007, new photoelectric functional materials laboratory has been developed to be a high level of domestic scientific research base, training base, the results output base. The laboratory mainly aimed at the development strategies of national and Xinjiang regional, based on the process of new industrialization in Xinjiang, oriented by the major projects and industrial development, aimed at the front direction of optical crystal materials devices. In accordance with the development needs of the laboratory, we sincerely welcome leading scholars or professors at home and abroad,Associate professors or doctors who are of imperative needs in corresponding academic fields and have carried out outstanding scientific achievements.

The introduction talents including: 1. Hundred of Talents Project; 2, Professors; 3. Excellent associate Professors or doctor.

I. Research field

1. Nonlinear optical crystal: Several researchers, associateresearchers and doctors at home and abroad.

2. Inorganicchemistry: Several researchers, associateresearchers and doctors at home and abroad, persons with overseas study are preferred.

3. Condensed matter physics: Several researchers, associateresearchers and doctors at home and abroad.

4. Computationalphysics: Several researchers, associateresearchers and doctors at home and abroad.

II. Conditions Limited for the Posts

1. Hundred of Talents Project

1.1. To introduce “Hundred of Talents” project overseas

A. The candidates who have been awarded the doctoral degree and have research working experience for more than two years continuously after doctorate overseas and have taken up the associate professor and above positions or other corresponding positions overseas. The candidates generally should not exceed the 45-year-old.

B. The candidates who have certain influence in the domestic and foreign academic circle and can grasp the development direction of the discipline domain, have the long-term strategic idea and can lead a team to be engaged in the international scientific research front finally make innovative results of international standard.

C. The candidates who have profound attainments in the corresponding academic fields and have made research findings of international standard, have published many influential research papers in the important core publications or the mastery of key technology, possession of key invention patent make him or her qualified to be the lead scholar and responsible for XJIPC.

D. The candidates who scrupulously follow the scientific morals and cherish honest style of study, who are integrity and honesty, rigorously do research, respect for others and dedicate painstaking efforts to science and technology development and national economy construction of our country.

E. The candidates being hired should work full-time and diligently.   

1.2. To introduce “Hundred of Talents” project domestically

A. The candidates who have taken up the professor position in research institutions or institutions of higher learning in China.

B. The candidates should not exceed the 45-year-old.

C. The candidates who have certain influence in the domestic and foreign academic circle and can grasp the development direction of the discipline domain, have the long-term strategic idea and can lead a team to be engaged in the international scientific research front finally make innovative results of international standard.

D. The candidates who have profound attainments in the corresponding academic fields and have made research findings of international standard, have published more than 5 influential research papers embodied by SCI.

E. The candidates who scrupulously follow the scientific morals and cherish honest style of study, who are integrity and honesty, rigorously do research, respect for others and dedicate painstaking efforts to science and technology development and national economy construction of our country.

F. The candidates who have honest and upright work style and team-work spirit.

G. The candidates being hired should work full-time and diligently.

1.3. Professors

A. The citizens who have the Chinese nationality or experts who have voluntarily given up foreign citizenship and come to work for XJIPC and generally should not exceed the 45-year-old.

B. The candidates who have been awarded the doctoral degree.

C. The candidates who once participated in nation project research enduring its overall progress as independent manager or main backbone and have achieved good results.

D. The candidates who can grasp the development direction of the discipline domain, have the long-term strategic idea and can lead a team to be engaged in scientific research front finally make good innovative results.

E. The candidates who have published 3 research papers in the journals embodied by SCI.

1.4. Associate Professors or Doctors

A. The citizens who have the Chinese nationality or experts who have voluntarily given up foreign citizenship and come to work for XJIPC and generally should not exceed the 40-year-old.

B. The candidates who have been awarded the doctoral degree or associate professors.

C. The candidates who once participated in topic (project) research enduring its overall progress as independent manager or main backbone and have made some results or have research working experience for more than two years continuously in his or her academic fields.

D. The candidates who have published a certain number of research papers with high level in key journals or qualified himself or herself for the mastery of key technology or possession of key invention patent.

III. Treatments

1. The treatments for “Hundred of Talents” project

1.1. To introduce “Hundred of Talents” project overseas

(1) Enjoy the pay package for innovation researcher of XJIPC;

(2) XJIPC will afford 1.2 million Yuan research allowance of “Hundred of Talents” project and if enrolled into “Hundred of Talents” project of CAS there can be another 2.6 million Yuan fund supports by striving for (among which 0.6 million Yuan used in solving the accommodation);

(3) And there can also be relevant fund supports by striving for;

(4) Enjoy the “Hundred of Talents” project allowance 2000 Yuan per month for 3 years;

(5) 0.8 million Yuan cost-of-living allowance afforded by XJIPC.

1.2. To introduce “Hundred of Talents” project domestically

(1) Enjoy the pay package for innovation researcher of XJIPC;

(2) XJIPC will afford 0.5 million Yuan research allowance of “Hundred of Talents” project and if enrolled into “Hundred of Talents” project of CAS there can be another 1.5million Yuan fund supports by striving for;

(3) And there can also be relevant fund supports by striving for;

(4) Enjoy the “Hundred of Talents” project allowance 2000 Yuan per month for 3 years;

(5) 0.8 million Yuan cost-of-living allowance afforded by XJIPC.

1.3. The treatments for innovation researchers (except for “Hundred of Talents” project)

(1) Enjoy the pay package for innovation researcher of XJIPC;

(2) XJIPC will afford 0.5 million Yuan scientific research startup expense;

(3) And there can also be relevant fund supports by striving for;

(4) XJIPC will afford 0.1 million Yuan housing allowance (in the way of disposable payment) and the length of service will be 5 years;

(5) 2000 Yuan per month cost-of-living allowance for 3 years afforded by XJIPC.

1.4. The treatments for technical backbones (referred to the candidates who have been awarded the doctoral degree)

(1) Enjoy the corresponding wages and benefits for the statuses competition of XJIPC;

(2) XJIPC will afford 0.1 million Yuan scientific research startup expense and there can be 0.3 million Yuan of the Special Supporting Plan for Western Talented Man;

(3) XJIPC will afford 0.05 million Yuan housing allowance (in the way of disposable payment) and the length of service will be 5 years;

(4) 1500 Yuan per month cost-of-living allowance for 3 years afforded by XJIPC.
